There can be several reasons why these people don’t reach their goals and will be filled with regrets when they get old, these are usually the old people you see that are always angry and bitter compared to the vibrant and happy ones. But if there is even one ounce of doubt whether they want to live their life in a different way even though it takes a lot of work and commitment, it is time for a change.
