I was standing on my front lawn this morning feeling a little vulnerable and lost due to events which occurred through my week. There is also a beautiful heart warming story called the ‘rescue hug’. There were twins barely a week old in hospital. Each of the twins was in a separate incubator- one of the twins barely alive. In the end in desperation and against all protocol she asked the parents whether she could put the twins together in the same incubator. the healthy twin flung her arm around her dieing sister. Miraculously the sick girls heart rate stabilised and the she pulled through thanks to the life-giving hug from her sister.

My twins go to bed each night with their arms around each other. And they tell each other each and every night after they hug how much they love each other.

Hugs are so special. Hugs are inherently unselfish gifts of feeling. Hugs do not necessarily ask for something in return. They are just a ‘giving’ of positive feeling and energy

I would like to challenge you all, myself included, to start the ‘Law of hugs’; the universal embrace through which we share good feeling and pass the feeling on to others. Like the hugging saint Amma lets Change the world one hug at a time. Encourage the law of attraction today through a hug.
