It is definitely much better than just drinking sodas and other high calorie drinks. You could easily save yourself 200 or more calories a day… or about 2 pounds a month.
2. High protein and high fiber is the way to go
You probably already know this, but you have a hard time implementing it. Well, here’s a start for you. Black beans…each can has no sugar, few calories, 25 grams of protein and 25 grams of fiber. For 48 cents, a can a day would be perfect for getting a flat stomach and losing weight. You can cook black beans in 5 minutes.
3. 5-6 small meals are better than 2-3 large meals
The reason more meals are better is because every time you eat, the digestive process increases your metabolism to digest the food. So the more often you eat, the faster your metabolism. Now, be reasonable here. This is not a license to just eat and eat…especially bad foods like potato chips, cookies, etc. Although eating often boosts the metabolism, it cannot completely cover your diet mistakes like these.
4. Eat breakfast no matter what
