3 Back Exercises to Grow Taller
Here are three basic back exercises you can use to get taller:
Grow Back Taller Exercise #1:
Often called “the Cobra”, the first back splash higher physical exercise begins by laying face-down on the floor or on a yoga mat. Place your palms down on the floor or mat near your shoulders in what is essentially a “pushup position.” Keeping your lower physical structure on the floor, push your upper body up with your arms gradually and deliberately, exhaling as you rise. You should feel the stretch in your lower back because you do. The full formula should take about 3 to 5 seconds and you should hold the above pose for about 2 seconds before gradually returning to the starting position, exhaling as you do. Grow Back Taller Exercise #2:

Gradually and in measure, begin to lift your feet off the floor keeping your neck and back of your head on the floor. Your legs should continue to point the entire time. Keep bringing your legs up and over your body until they are well above and past your head, your goal is to bring your toes down to the floor on the opposite side. However, you may have to practice for a few weeks to get to that point. Duplicate 10 times.
Grow Back Taller Exercise #3:
Lie on your back with your hands down by your side. Bending at the waist, bring your upper body up off the floor in a slow, focused manner. Stretch your arms out, extending your feet. Your goal is to keep your legs straight and touch your knees with your forehead, although you may have to work up to this destination for a few weeks. Repeat 10 times.
