4 Tips for Choosing the Right Triathlon Running Shoe
When I started training for Triathlon, I had no idea of the amount or the specifics of the equipment I would need. Sure, I knew I needed a bike, running shoes, and some clothing, but I had no idea about watches, bike shoes, aero helmets, aero wheels, wetsuits, or any of the myriad other items. In fact, my first running shoes were just some I picked up at a local sports store for cheap. I just had no idea.
When I started to become more serious about my running and my running, I knew that I needed to buy some shoes that would allow me to have the best running performance. Once again, I was at a loss as to where to turn to start this process. I searched online and looked for various articles on running shoes. I found a lot of information specifically about marathon running or distance running. I haven’t found much information on specific ideas for triathlon shoes.
