How to Teach Gymnastics Mommy and Me Classes
Mommy and Me gym classes are designed for children from 18 months to 3 years. At this age it is very difficult to keep his attention. As a coach, it’s your responsibility to keep it fun and enjoyable, don’t overwhelm them!
