I’ve Found a Lazy, Crazy Exercise to Reduce Your Waist Size Fast!
I found a lazy and crazy exercise that can reduce your waistline by 1.75-3 inches fast. It’s easy, it’s simple, you can do it at home, and it only takes a few minutes every day.
If you are too lazy to even do this, then you do not deserve to lose weight and inches from the waist.
Lazy, crazy exercise that shrinks your waist – Vacuum Pose
My clients use this exercise to lose between 1.75 inches and 3 inches from their waist in a month or less. It’s similar to sucking on your belly, but with 1 big difference.
What you are doing is sucking in your lower belly, around your belly, not in the upper abs area…which is what most people do. Then suck the area of your navel. Once you can’t suck it anymore, hold that “pose” for as long as you can. Anywhere from 15-60 seconds is ideal, but longer the better… in general.
Rest and then repeat… or you can do it later. For an average of 1.75 inches lost from their waist in less than a month, my clients did this for just 5 minutes a day, every day. Now, I have other clients who are more ambitious and think that if a little is good, more is better. And they did this for 15-20 minutes a day, every day…they lost an average of close to 3 inches from their waist in a month.
Here’s a little tip to do this easily for 15-20 minutes a day…do it during TV commercials. The average 1 hour TV has 20-22 minutes of commercials… so watch an hour of tv and put in your 20 minutes of the vacuum pose. Simple.
So give it a try…try this lazy and crazy exercise that will quickly shrink your waistline.
